The homeowners we build for usually walked through the house years ago and saw a version of it the rest of us couldn't. The wider kitchen. The second story. The screened porch off the back where the family ends up most evenings. They have the vision in their heads. What they need is a builder who can actually get them there without the runaround, the surprise costs, or the sloppy finish work that shows up three years in.
That's where we come in. Carolina Signature Custom Homes is a family-run general contractor based in Troutman, a short drive from the lake. Luke Beaudoin spent seven years on construction sites before founding the company, the kind of seven years where you watch other builders cut corners and quietly decide you'll do it differently one day. Today we build custom homes, additions, and remodels across the Lake Norman and north Charlotte area for the families who already see the home they want and just need someone careful enough to build it.

Our shop is in Troutman, a short drive from the lake. We work for families across Lake Norman, from the quiet coves north of Statesville down through the neighborhoods of Mooresville, Cornelius, Davidson, and Huntersville, and into the north edge of Charlotte.
