Bathroom Remodels That Feel Good at Year One and Still Hold Up at Year Ten

The room you start every morning in, built around how you use it and built to last past year ten

What a remodel can mean

A Small Room That Changes the Feel of a Whole House

A bathroom is rarely the biggest square footage on a project list, but it's often the room you use most. Every morning starts there. Every long Saturday on the lake ends there. The guest bath is the one people notice most in a home that's otherwise beautifully kept.

The result of a remodel that holds up isn't just a nicer room. It's a different feel to the whole house. A walk-in shower that fits two people and a bench. A double vanity with the storage and outlet placement a real morning routine actually needs. Heated floors on the January morning you would have been dreading otherwise. Storage that swallows the stack of towels without needing a closet. The bathroom stops being the room you rush through and becomes one of the rooms you look forward to.

Our process

How a Bathroom Remodel Runs With Us

A bathroom is small but technical. Tile, plumbing, electrical, ventilation, waterproofing, and finish work all stack into a tight space. The first call is short and focused on what you want, where you are in the timeline, and roughly what you have in mind for the budget. The on-site visit is where we walk the room with you, look at what's likely behind the wall, and ask the questions that only make sense in person.

The proposal that follows includes a written breakdown of what's in your cost, with our profit and overhead listed separately, so you can see what the job costs versus what we make to run it. The number at the bottom is the number. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is in, we order long-lead items, pull permits where they're needed, and start work. If demolition reveals plumbing or subfloor conditions we couldn't see before, we write a change order, explain the cost, and wait for your approval before moving forward.

Common Questions

What Most Clients Ask Before a Bathroom Remodel

How long does a bathroom remodel take?expand_more
Most bathroom remodels run three to six weeks from demolition to final walkthrough, with a primary bath taking longer than a guest or hall bath. Custom tile work and any plumbing relocation add time. We give you a timeline with the proposal so you know what to expect before work starts.
Will we have a bathroom during the build?expand_more
For a single-bath remodel in a home with another bathroom, you'll use the other one. If we're remodeling the only bathroom in the house, we'll talk through options for that period. The first call is a good time to surface this so we can plan around it.
Can you build accessibility upgrades into a remodel?expand_more
Yes. Zero-threshold showers, grab bar blocking added during framing, comfort-height toilets, and vanity layouts that work with walkers or wheelchairs are part of how we approach the build when you want them. The framing-stage blocking matters because it lets you add grab bars later without tearing out tile.
What if demolition turns up something unexpected behind the wall?expand_more
Bathrooms reveal more than other rooms because of the plumbing and the moisture history. When we find something, we stop, walk you through the options and cost, and write up a change order before moving forward.

Our Process

How We Run a Job, Start to Finish

1 | Plan
We start with a short call about what you want to build, then come out to the property to walk the lot or the existing home. By the end of the visit, we know enough to write a real proposal.
2 | Price
You get a written proposal with every line broken out. Materials, labor, subcontractors, permits, and our profit and overhead are listed separately. The number at the bottom is the total. The only thing that moves it is a change to the scope, and that goes through a change order you approve first.
3 | Build
Crew on time, site clean at the end of every day, steady communication from groundbreak to final walkthrough. After the job closes, we're still the people you call if something needs a look.

What It's Like to Work With Us

"Highly recommend Luke for anything you need done in your home. He built custom closets and kitchen pantry for us and asked a bunch of questions so make sure it was exactly how we wanted it. I gave him my vision and he did above and beyond! Luke also installed LVP flooring and it looks amazing! So happy with all the work that was done!"

Nicole Feller

"We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom! From the very beginning, Luke Beaudoin was a true professional—kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and made sure every detail was just right. It’s not easy letting someone tear apart a part of your home, but Luke made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

His crew was always on time, respectful of our space, and cleaned up each day like true gentlemen. The quality of the work speaks for itself—our bathroom is now beautiful, functional, and easy for us to get around in (which means a lot at our age!).

We’ve had quite a few remodels over the years, but this was by far the best experience. Luke truly takes pride in his work, and it shows. Thank you, Luke, for treating us and our home with such care!"

James Hopp

"Luke was punctual and communicated during the entire project. We are very happy with the final look of the bathroom."

Melissa T

"I worked with Luke to renovate my entire home. He was a class act. Highly professional and knowledgeable. Great work ethic with attention to detail. He made suggestions where needed. Hard to find professionals like Luke these days."

David L

"Carolina Signature Custom Homes designed and built a wheel chair ramp on my home. It's very sturdy and practical. I never expected to get compliments on a ramp, but I often do. Great job."
